Jeffrey Wu is a young rising guitarist and pianist who is equally at home in jazz, Brazilian/Latin, and funk. He has performed with artists like Dave Glenn and Jovino Santos Neto (Hermeto Pascoal), leading the Whitman Jazz combo to win the best combo at the Lionel Hampton Festival (2024). While living in Walla Walla, Wu studied with Robert Gomez (Norah Jones), Dr. Doug Scarborough, Dave Glenn, and G. Louis Hemenway. He is pursuing a graduate degree in jazz after college.
