Wheelin’ Walla Walla is celebrating its 29th Anniversary and we want to invite you to bring your classic car, truck, or motorcycle and help us celebrate! We know 2025 is going to be spectacular!

Come join us on September 5 and 6 and see over 400 Classic cars, Trucks, Motorcycles, Rat Rods, and more on display throughout downtown Walla Walla on Main Street. All makes and models are welcome. If you have never been, it is quite a sight! If you are a spectator, this is a free, family-friendly event. If you want to register your vehicle, scroll down below, and you can sign up. We hope you will join us!

Weekend Highlights

  • Friday night cruise Friday at 6 pm.

  • Award Ceremony Saturday at 3 pm — Awards for: Best of Show, Best Bike in Show, Neal Larson Memorial Award, Participant’s Choice, cash prizes, over 100 trophies and prize drawings!

  • Enjoy beautiful Downtown Walla Walla and all our fine restaurants, wineries and retail merchants.

Friday, September 5

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

9 am – 5:30 pm

Participant Registration and Check-in at the Walla Walla Fairgrounds — 363 Orchard Street. This is where you will receive your packet with the Vehicle ID Card for the Show ’n’ Shine and all the other important information that you will need for the weekend. Wheelin’ WW Merchandise will be available to purchase.

4 - 5:30 pm

The Friday Night Classic Cruise line-up begins at the Walla Walla Fairgrounds.

6 pm

Friday Night Classic Cruise — Route available (see map to left).

  • Have a great time! Please stay close behind the car in front of you. We do not want gaps between the vehicles for traffic safety reasons. The community loves to see your cars!

  • We prefer you do not throw candy. If you choose to, please throw it away from your car

    7 pm

    Friday Night Catered Dinner brought to you by ClickIt RV, McDonald Zaring Insurance, BOB FM. Catered by “A Chef’s Creation” - Marty Bray

  • Catered dinner after the cruise at the WW Fairgrounds for those attendees with a ticket. Please do not forget your dinner ticket to enter!

  • If you are not attending the catered dinner, please join us downtown for dinner and a drink at either of the two Wheelin’ Walla Walla Host Restaurants:
    Big House Brew Pub - 11 S. Palouse Street - BHBP created a special Wheelin’ WW craft beer for the occasion “Dual Carb Kolsch.” Make sure and try it!

Saturday, September 6

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

 

6:30 am – 10 am

Registration, check-in, and parking – NO EARLY PARKING. Cars will be towed! You can park first then come register if you haven’t done so already. Registration located at 1st and Main Street.

  • There is only one entrance at N. Park Street and Main. You will come down E. Rose Street to N. Park Street for staging. We will have sandwich boards out on Rose Street to help guide those from out of town. Look for the Wheelin’ WW parking signs as you come down 2nd Street off the highway. If you are pre-registered, please have your VEHICLE ID CARD posted in your FRONT WINDSHIELD

  • Cars and clubs wanting to park together must arrive together at the parking entrance! No saving places!

  • If you have a group larger than 10 cars wanting to park together, please contact Cindy before Saturday morning.

  • MOTORCYCLES - Motorcycle Alley parking entrance at E Rose and Colville Street. Watch for seperate signs.

7 am - 10am

Morning Participant Registration begins at First and Main Street.

9 am – Noon

Participant Choice Award (Turn in your pick at the First and Main Street Information Table).

9 am – 1 pm:

Downtown Farmers Market located on Main Street between Third and Fourth Street. Don’t want to miss this!

9 am – 2 pm:

Buy your Raffle Tickets at First & Main Street! All proceeds from the raffle go to the Neal Larson Memorial Automotive Scholarship at Walla Walla Community College (Check winning numbers on the whiteboard at First & Main after 2pm).

9 am – 3 pm:

Show ‘n Shine on Main Street. Activities include Raffle, 50/50, Poker Walk, Car show, Food vendors and car product vendors are located throughout downtown on Main Street, and live music brought to us by 104.5 BOB FM throughout the day. 

10 am – 1 pm:

Poker Walk (Turn in sheets at First and Main Street Information Table).

3 pm – 4:30 pm:

Awards Ceremony held at 1st and Main Street. Bring your chair and come join us! You might hear your name announced. Please leave your cars on the street. 

  • You are not allowed to remove your vehicle off Main Street until AFTER the Awards Ceremony.

  • Car show vendors are located throughout downtown on Main Street.

4pm - 10pm:

At the Walla Walla Drag Strip — OPEN to ALL For more info go to https://wwdragstrip.com/

  • Heads up no prep drag racing

  • Street Legal/run what you brung racing

  • Short Course Drifting

5pm - 7pm:

Free live music at Heritage Square on Main Street between Spokane & Colville Streets - Summer Concert Series. Performing will be Coyote Kings with Tiphany Dames. Beer Garden provided by Public House 124.

8pm - 10pm:

Free live music at Heritage Square on Main Street between Spokane & Colvillve Streets - Summer Concert Series. Performing will be Hamilton Loomis. You are not gonna want to miss this band! Beer Garden provided by Public House 124.
