In memory of our dear friend, Captain Alex DeMambro, we invite you to join us in a special tribute workout on what would have been his 53rd birthday.
Alex was an adventure-seeker, architect, veteran, and friend who brought joy, wisdom, and unwavering support to those around him. From our early CrossFit Walla Walla “Icebox” days, he embraced the grit and camaraderie that define our community.
To honor his legacy, we’ll complete a workout inspired by the movements he loved — celebrating his strength, spirit, and impact on so many.
We will collect donations for the Walla Walla Symphony — an organization that resonated with Alex’s love for music and the arts.
