Henry Earl Estates Wine Bar is a women-led business. We believe that beautiful things happen when women respect, support, and believe in each other. We want Henry Earl to be a safe space for all women where we can connect, inspire, and uplift each other. 

On the third Wednesday of each month, from 6 to 8 p.m., we host a female-only evening with a featured female speaker who shares her story, the struggles she has overcome, and her success. 

How do we choose our speakers? You can nominate someone or yourself. Whenever we see a woman doing something wonderful, we ask her if she’d like to be one of our speakers.

In May, our featured speaker is Kiffin Allington, and we couldn’t be more excited and grateful.

About Kiffen: Kiffin helps others identify and move beyond the root causes of the issues that keep them stuck in life. She is a certified practitioner who has used energetic modalities for over 20 years. She helps her clients empower themselves to live a more positive, balanced life using a simple process.
