Jennifer Kleffner is the owner of Miles Away Farm in Walla Walla. She has been farming for years, and in 2011, she took her farm from hobby to business. Jennifer has expertise in farming, all things food preservation, and homesteading.

In this workshop, Jennifer will introduce us to the benefits of fermentation and the wide variety of fermented foods you can make in your own kitchen. Jennifer is a wealth of knowledge. She will provide tips, tricks, and resources for all things fermentation, as well as advice for future fermentation projects.

Sustainable Living Center workshops utilize a pay-what-you-can model for workshop registration because they believe the cost of a workshop should not be an obstacle to discovery and learning. This workshop is open to the public. Registration is required.
